[600] "Is there no utterance of speech (vacībheda) for one who has attained the mundane (lokiya) first jhāna?" "Yes." "If there is no utterance of speech for one who has attained the mundane first jhāna, then truly, sir, it should not be said that there is utterance of speech for one who has attained [jhāna]."
