Suddhasaṅkhāravāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 1067

[1067] For whom the bodily formation (kāyasaṅkhāra) will not arise, for him the verbal formation (vacīsaṅkhāra) will not arise? For those beings of the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) for whom the final mind (pacchimacitta) will arise in immediate succession to whichever mind (citta); for those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara); and for those who, having been reborn in the form sphere or the formless sphere, will attain final Nibbāna — while these are passing away: for them the bodily formation will not arise, but it is not the case that the verbal formation will not arise for them. For those endowed with the final mind, and for those for whom the final mind, devoid of thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra), will arise in immediate succession to whichever mind — for them the bodily formation will not arise and the verbal formation will not arise. Or, for whom the verbal formation will not arise, for him the bodily formation will not arise? Yes.
