Suddhasaṅkhāravāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 1068

[1068] For whomever the bodily formation (kāyasaṅkhāra) will not arise, will the mental formation (cittasaṅkhāra) not arise for that one? For sense-sphere (kāmāvacara) beings [at the mind] immediately after which the final mind (pacchimacitta) will arise; for those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara); and for those who, having been reborn in the form sphere or the formless sphere, will attain final Nibbāna (parinibbāyati), as they are passing away — for these the bodily formation will not arise, but it is not the case that the mental formation will not arise for them. For those endowed with the final mind, the bodily formation will not arise and the mental formation will not arise. Or else, for whomever the mental formation will not arise, will the bodily formation not arise for that one? Yes (āmantā).
