[1103] For whomever the bodily formation (kāyasaṅkhāra) arose, will the mental formation (cittasaṅkhāra) arise for him? For those possessed of the final mind (pacchimacitta), the bodily formation arose, but the mental formation will not arise for them; for the others, the bodily formation arose, and the mental formation will arise. Or rather, for whomever the mental formation … ? Yes.
