[1104] For whomever verbal formation (vacīsaṅkhāra) has arisen, will mental formation (cittasaṅkhāra) arise for that one? For those endowed with the final mind (pacchimacitta), verbal formation has arisen, but mental formation will not arise for them; for the others, verbal formation has arisen and mental formation will arise. Or for whomever mental formation … ? Yes.
