Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 1177

[1177] For whomever the verbal formation (vacīsaṅkhāra) has not ceased, will the mental formation (cittasaṅkhāra) of that one not cease? There is none. Or, for whomever the mental formation will not cease, has the verbal formation of that one not ceased? It has ceased.
