[1426] One who fully understands (parijānāti) the latent tendency of sensual lust (kāmarāgānusaya) and the latent tendency of repulsion (paṭighānusaya) — does he fully understand the latent tendency of conceit (mānānusaya)?
He fully understands that which stands in the same place as it (tadekaṭṭha).
Or rather, one who fully understands the latent tendency of conceit — does he fully understand the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion?
No.
One who fully understands the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion — does he fully understand the latent tendency of views (diṭṭhānusaya) … the latent tendency of doubt (vicikicchānusaya)?

Or rather, one who fully understands the latent tendency of doubt — does he fully understand the latent tendency of sensual lust and the latent tendency of repulsion?
