[411] For whomever the eye base (cakkhāyatana) arises, has the ear base (sotāyatana) arisen for him?

Or, for whomever the ear base has arisen, does the eye base arise for him?
For all who are passing away and for those without eye who are taking rebirth, the ear base has arisen, but the eye base does not arise for them; for those with eye who are taking rebirth, the ear base has arisen and the eye base also arises.
