Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 410

[410] For whomever, wherever, the mind base (manāyatana) will not arise, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) not arise for that one there? For non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there the mind base will not arise, but it is not the case that the dhamma base will not arise for them there. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika): for them there the mind base will not arise and the dhamma base also will not arise. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will not arise, will the mind base not arise for that one there? Yes (āmantā). ___________
