Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 520

[520] For whomever, wherever, the mind base (manāyatana) has never arisen, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) not arise for that one there? For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), the mind base has never arisen for them there, but it is not the case that the dhamma base will not arise for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsā), for them there both the mind base has never arisen and the dhamma base will not arise. Or, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will not arise, has the mind base never arisen for that one there? For beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavikā), the dhamma base will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the mind base has never arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes, for them there both the dhamma base will not arise and the mind base has never arisen. The Arising Section (uppādavāra) is finished.
