For the formless beings (arūpa), the form base never arose for them there, but it is not the case that the mind base never arose for them there. For the beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), both the form base never arose for them there and the mind base never arose.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the mind base never arose, did the form base never arise for that one there?
For the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the mind base never arose for them there, but it is not the case that the form base never arose for them there. For the beings of the Pure Abodes, both the mind base never arose for them there and the form base never arose.
