For the formless (arūpa) beings, the form sense base has never arisen for them in that place, but it is not the case that the dhamma sense base has never arisen for them in that place. For the beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), both the form sense base has never arisen for them in that place and the dhamma sense base has never arisen.
