"Yes."
"Or rather, for whomever the ear sense base will cease, does the eye sense base arise for that one?"
"For all those who are passing away, and for those without eye who are being reborn, their ear sense base will cease, but their eye sense base does not arise. For those with eye who are being reborn, their ear sense base will cease, and their eye sense base arises."
