Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma base will cease, does the eye base arise for that one there?
For all who are passing away, and for those without eye who are taking rebirth, the dhamma base will cease for them there, but the eye base does not arise for them there. For those with eye who are taking rebirth, both the dhamma base will cease for them there and the eye base arises.
