Uppādanirodhavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 720

[720] For whomever, wherever, the eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) will arise, will the dhamma sense base (dhammāyatana) cease for that one there? Yes. Or else, for whomever, wherever, the dhamma sense base will cease, will the eye sense base arise for that one there? For beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn into the five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa): for them, there, the dhamma sense base will cease, but the eye sense base will not arise for them there. For the others in the five-constituent existence: for them, there, both the dhamma sense base will cease and the eye sense base will arise.
