[453] For whomever the mind base (manāyatana) arises, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) arise for that one?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn, the mind base arises, but the dhamma base will not arise for them. For the others, those with mind (sacittaka) who are being reborn, the mind base arises and the dhamma base will arise.
Or, for whomever the dhamma base will arise, does the mind base arise for that one?
For all who are passing away and for those without mind (acittaka) who are being reborn, the dhamma base will arise, but the mind base does not arise for them. For those with mind who are being reborn, the dhamma base will arise and the mind base arises.
