Uppādavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 510

[510] For whomever, wherever, the eye sense-base (cakkhāyatana) has not arisen, will the ear sense-base (sotāyatana) not arise for that one there? Yes. Or, for whomever, wherever, the ear sense-base will not arise, has the eye sense-base not arisen for that one there? For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the five-aggregate existence (pañcavokāra), the ear sense-base will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the eye sense-base has not arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpā), the ear sense-base will not arise for them there and the eye sense-base has not arisen for them there.
