[511] For whomever, wherever, the eye base (cakkhāyatana) did not arise, will the nose base (ghānāyatana) not arise for that one there?

Or, for whomever, wherever, the nose base will not arise, did the eye base not arise for that one there?
For those in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) who are in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), and for those of the form sphere (rūpāvacara): for them there the nose base will not arise, but it is not the case that for them there the eye base did not arise. For those of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa): for them there both the nose base will not arise and the eye base did not arise.
