For those of the form sphere (rūpāvacara): for them there the nose base never arose, but it is not the case that for them there the eye base never arose. For those of the pure abodes (suddhāvāsa), for the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for the formless beings (arūpa): for them there both the nose base never arose and the eye base never arose.
