[733] For whomever the mind base (manāyatana) will not arise, will the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) of that one not cease?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn, their mind base will not arise, but it is not the case that their dhamma base will not cease. For those who are attaining final Nibbāna, their mind base will not arise, and their dhamma base will not cease.
Or rather, for whomever the dhamma base will not cease, will the mind base of that one not arise?
