[753] For whomever the form base (rūpāyatana) arises, will the mind base (manāyatana) … the dhamma base (dhammāyatana) cease for that one?

Or rather, for whomever the dhamma base will cease, does the form base arise for that one?
For all who are passing away, and for those without form (arūpaka) who are being reborn: for them the dhamma base will cease, but the form base does not arise for them. For those with form (sarūpaka) who are being reborn: for them both the dhamma base will cease and the form base arises.
