Suddhasaccamūlacakkavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 855

[855] To whomever and wherever the truth of origin (samudaya-sacca) has arisen, has the truth of the path (magga-sacca) arisen to that one there? To beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) when the second unwholesome mind (akusala citta) is occurring, to those who have not made the breakthrough — to them there the truth of origin has arisen, but the truth of the path has not arisen to them there. To those who have made the breakthrough — to them there both the truth of origin has arisen and the truth of the path has arisen. Or else, to whomever and wherever the truth of the path …? Yes.
