[916] For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) did not arise, will the truth of origin (samudayasacca) not arise for that one there? It will arise. Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the truth of origin will not arise, did the truth of suffering not arise for that one there? It arose.
