For those of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for these, the truth of origin has never arisen there, but it is not the case that the truth of suffering has never arisen for them there. For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes: for these, both the truth of origin has never arisen there and the truth of suffering has never arisen.
