Suddhasaccamūlacakkavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 861

[861] "For whomever and wherever the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) has never arisen, has the truth of the path (maggasacca) never arisen for that one there?" "Yes (āmantā)." "Or else, for whomever and wherever the truth of the path has never arisen, has the truth of suffering never arisen for that one there?" "For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, for those who have not made the breakthrough, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — for them the truth of the path has never arisen there, but it is not the case that the truth of suffering has never arisen for them there. For those being reborn into a Pure Abode — for them both the truth of the path has never arisen there and the truth of suffering has never arisen there."
