[910] "For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) has arisen, will the truth of the path (maggasacca) arise for that one there?"
For those endowed with the supreme path (aggamagga), for Arahants, for those worldlings (puthujjana) who will not obtain the path, for beings of the states of woe (āpāyika), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): for them, there, the truth of suffering has arisen, but the truth of the path will not arise for them there. For those at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of that mind (citta) in immediate succession to which they will obtain the supreme path, and for those others who will obtain the path: for them, there, both the truth of suffering has arisen and the truth of the path will arise.
"Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the truth of the path will arise, has the truth of suffering arisen for that one there?"
For those being reborn into the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa): for them, there, the truth of the path will arise, but the truth of suffering has not arisen for them there. For those at the moment of arising of that mind in immediate succession to which they will obtain the supreme path, and for those others who will obtain the path: for them, there, both the truth of the path will arise and the truth of suffering has arisen.
