[911] For whomever, wherever, the truth of origin (samudaya-sacca) has arisen, will the truth of the path (magga-sacca) arise for that one there?
For those endowed with the supreme path (agga-magga), for Arahants, and for those ordinary persons (puthujjana) who will not obtain the path, and for beings in the states of loss (āpāyika): for them the truth of origin has arisen there, but the truth of the path will not arise for them there. For those at the moment of arising (uppāda-khaṇa) of the mind (citta) immediately after which they will obtain the supreme path, and for those others who will obtain the path: for them there both the truth of origin has arisen and the truth of the path will arise.
Or, for whomever, wherever, the truth of the path will arise, has the truth of origin arisen for that one there?
For those of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind is occurring: for them the truth of the path will arise there, but the truth of origin has not arisen for them there. For those at the moment of arising of the mind immediately after which they will obtain the supreme path, and for those others who will obtain the path: for them there both the truth of the path will arise and the truth of origin has arisen.
