[895] For whomever and wherever the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) arises, will the truth of origin (samudayasacca) arise for that one there?
At the moment of the arising of the highest path (aggamagga); for Arahants, at the moment of the arising of mind (citta); at the moment of the arising of that mind immediately after which they will obtain the highest path; and for those being reborn among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — for them there the truth of suffering arises, but the truth of origin will not arise for them there. For the others — when they are being reborn into the four-constituent (catuvokāra) or five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [existence], and at the moment of the arising of mind during the course [of existence] (pavatta) — for them there the truth of suffering arises and the truth of origin will arise.
Or else, for whomever and wherever the truth of origin will arise, does the truth of suffering arise for that one there?
For those passing away from the four-constituent or five-constituent [existence], at the moment of the dissolution of mind during the course [of existence]; and in the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), at the moment of the arising of the path and of fruition — for them there the truth of origin will arise, but the truth of suffering does not arise for them there. For those being reborn into the four-constituent or five-constituent [existence], at the moment of the arising of mind during the course [of existence] — for them there the truth of origin will arise and the truth of suffering arises.
