[867] For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) will arise, will the truth of origin (samudayasacca) arise for that one there?
For those endowed with the highest path (aggamagga), for Arahants, for those who will obtain the highest path immediately after [a given] mind (citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) — for them, there, the truth of suffering will arise, but the truth of origin will not arise for them there. For the others — those with four aggregates and those with five aggregates (catuvokāra, pañcavokāra) — for them, there, both the truth of suffering will arise and the truth of origin will arise.
Or alternatively, for whomever, wherever, the truth of origin … Yes.
