[995] For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) will arise, will the truth of origin (samudayasacca) cease for that one there?
For those endowed with the supreme path (aggamagga-samaṅgī), for Arahants, for those who will obtain the supreme path in immediate succession to [a given] mind (citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there the truth of suffering will arise, but the truth of origin will not cease for them there. For the others — those of the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [existences] — for them there both the truth of suffering will arise and the truth of origin will cease.
The "for whom" (yassa) [section] and the "for whom, wherever" (yassa yattha) [section] are alike.
