[917] To whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) has never arisen, will the truth of the path (maggasacca) not arise to that one there? It will arise. Or, to whomever, wherever, the truth of the path will not arise, has the truth of suffering never arisen to that one there? It has arisen.
