[989] For whom, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) does not arise … Both the 'for whom' (yassaka) [section] and the 'for whom, wherever' (yassayatthaka) [section] are alike. But even in the 'for whom, wherever' (yassayatthaka) [section], [the phrase] "for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpannānaṃ)" should not be applied. ___________
