[839] For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) arises, does the truth of origin (samudayasacca) arise for that one there? (Both the section formulated with "yassa" ("for whomever") and the section formulated with "yassa yattha" ("for whomever, wherever") should be elaborated in the same way.)
