Suddhasaccamūlacakkavāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 881

[881] For whomever, wherever, the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) arises, has the truth of origin (samudayasacca) arisen for that one there? For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of the rebirth mind (uppatticitta), and for those being reborn among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): for them there the truth of suffering arises, but the truth of origin has not arisen for them there. For the others, who are being reborn into four-constituent (catuvokāra) and five-constituent (pañcavokāra) existence, [and] at the moment of arising of mind (citta) in the course of existence (pavatti): for them there both the truth of suffering arises and the truth of origin has arisen. Or else, for whomever, wherever, the truth of origin has arisen, does the truth of suffering arise for that one there? For those passing away from four-constituent and five-constituent existence, at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of mind in the course of existence, and, in the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), at the moment of arising of the path (magga) and of fruition (phala): for them there the truth of origin has arisen, but the truth of suffering does not arise for them there. For those being reborn into four-constituent and five-constituent existence, at the moment of arising of mind in the course of existence: for them there both the truth of origin has arisen and the truth of suffering arises.
