[840] For whomever the truth of suffering (dukkhasacca) does not arise, does the truth of origin (samudayasacca) not arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
Or else, for whomever the truth of origin does not arise, does the truth of suffering not arise for that one?
For all who are being reborn, and, in the course of existence (pavatta), at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind (citta) dissociated (vippayutta) from craving (taṇhā), the truth of origin does not arise for them; yet it is not the case that the truth of suffering does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and, in the course of existence, at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the mind, and, in the immaterial plane (arūpe), at the moment of arising of the path (magga) and of fruition (phala), for them the truth of origin does not arise and the truth of suffering does not arise.
