Or else, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty arose, does the femininity faculty arise for that one there?
For those passing away from the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for non-women being reborn into the sense sphere, and for those of the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara): the mind faculty arose for them there, but the femininity faculty does not arise for them there. For women who are being reborn: for them there both the mind faculty arose and the femininity faculty arises.
