[11] Whosever mind (citta) arose, yet it is not the case that that one's mind is arisen — will that one's mind arise? Or, whosever mind will arise, yet it is not the case that that one's mind is arisen — did that one's mind arise?
Whosever mind did not arise, yet it is not the case that that one's mind is not arisen — will that one's mind not arise? Or, whosever mind will not arise, yet it is not the case that that one's mind is not arisen — did that one's mind not arise?
