[25] Whatever mind (citta) arose but it is not the case that that mind is arisen — will that mind arise? Or whatever mind will arise but it is not the case that that mind is arisen — did that mind arise? Whatever mind did not arise but it is not the case that that mind is not arisen — will that mind not arise? Or whatever mind will not arise but it is not the case that that mind is not arisen — did that mind not arise?
