[68] Whatever mind (citta) arose, but that mind is not arisen — will that mind arise? No. Or, whatever mind will arise, but that mind is not arisen — did that mind arise? No. Whatever mind did not arise, but it is not the case that that mind is not arisen — will that mind not arise? Yes. Or, whatever mind will not arise, but it is not the case that that mind is not arisen — did that mind not arise? Yes.
