[69] Is what is arisen, arising?
At the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa), [the mind (citta)] is arisen but not arising; at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa), it is both arisen and arising.
Is what is arising, arisen?
Yes (āmantā).
Is what is not arisen, not arising?
Yes.
Is what is not arising, not arisen?
At the moment of dissolution, [the mind] is not arising, yet it is not the case that it is not arisen; past and future mind is both not arising and not arisen.
