[70] [Is a mind (citta) that] has ceased, ceasing?
No.
[Is a mind that] is ceasing, [one that] has ceased?
No.
[Is a mind that] has not ceased, not ceasing?
At the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) [a mind] has not ceased, but it is not the case that it is not ceasing; a mind at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) and a future mind have neither ceased nor are ceasing.
[Is a mind that] is not ceasing, [one that has] not ceased?
A past mind is not ceasing, but it is not the case that it has not ceased; a mind at the moment of arising and a future mind are neither ceasing nor have ceased.
