[1206] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, will the wisdom faculty (paññindriya) … the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for that one there?
For those passing away from the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for those who are not women being reborn into the sense sphere, for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara), and for beings of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara) — for them, there, the femininity faculty does not arise, but it is not the case that the mind faculty will not arise for them there. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the sense sphere, for beings in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) — for them, there, the femininity faculty does not arise and the mind faculty will not arise.
Or: for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty will not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one there?
For women in their final existence who are being reborn — for them, there, the mind faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that the femininity faculty does not arise for them there. For those attaining final Nibbāna in the sense sphere, for beings in their final existence in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings — for them, there, the mind faculty will not arise and the femininity faculty does not arise.
