[1310] For whomever, wherever, the nose faculty (ghānindriya) has not arisen, will the femininity faculty (itthindriya) not arise for that one there?

Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty will not arise, has the nose faculty not arisen for that one there?
For those in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) who are in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), and for those males who, in that very state, will pass through some number of existences and then attain final Nibbāna — for them, there, the femininity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that for them, there, the nose faculty has not arisen. For beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara) — for them, there, both the femininity faculty will not arise and the nose faculty has not arisen.
