[1321] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) did not arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for that one there?
For form-sphere (rūpāvacara) beings and formless-sphere (arūpāvacara) beings, the femininity faculty did not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the mind faculty will not arise for them there. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), both the femininity faculty did not arise for them there and the mind faculty will not arise for them there.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty will not arise, did the femininity faculty not arise for that one there?
For those in their final existence in the sensual sphere (kāmāvacara), the mind faculty will not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the femininity faculty did not arise for them there. For those in their final existence in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, and for non-percipient beings, both the mind faculty will not arise for them there and the femininity faculty did not arise for them there.
