[1318] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) has never arisen, will the life faculty (jīvitindriya) not arise for that one there?
For those of the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the femininity faculty has never arisen for them there; but it is not the case that the life faculty will not arise for them there. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, both the femininity faculty has never arisen and the life faculty will not arise for them there.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the life faculty will not arise, has the femininity faculty never arisen for that one there?
For those in their final existence in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), the life faculty will not arise for them there; but it is not the case that the femininity faculty has never arisen for them there. For those in their final existence in the form sphere and in the formless sphere, both the life faculty will not arise and the femininity faculty has never arisen for them there.
