[137] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arise for that one there?
Yes.
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will arise, will wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For those endowed with the supreme path (aggamagga), for Arahants, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, indeterminate phenomena will arise, but wholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For the others — those with four aggregates (catuvokāra) and those with five aggregates (pañcavokāra): for them, there, both indeterminate phenomena will arise and wholesome phenomena will arise.
