[136] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) arise for that one there?
In the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [planes], those who will attain the highest path (aggamagga) in immediate succession to which mind (citta) — for them, wholesome phenomena will arise there, but unwholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For the others in the four-constituent and five-constituent [planes] — for them, both wholesome phenomena will arise there and unwholesome phenomena will arise there.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena will arise, will wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
