[325] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one there?
Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will cease, will wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For those endowed with the highest path (aggamagga-samaṅgī), for Arahants, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): indeterminate phenomena will cease for them there, but wholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For the others — those with four aggregates (catuvokāra) and those with five aggregates (pañcavokāra) — both indeterminate phenomena will cease for them there and wholesome phenomena will arise.
