[138] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) will arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arise for that one there?
Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will arise, will unwholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For those endowed with the highest path (aggamagga), for Arahants, for those who, in immediate succession to whichever mind (citta), will obtain the highest path, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) — for them, there, indeterminate phenomena will arise, but unwholesome phenomena will not arise for them there. For the others — those with four aggregates (catuvokāra) and those with five aggregates (pañcavokāra) — for them, there, both indeterminate phenomena will arise and unwholesome phenomena will arise.
