Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 139

[139] "For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not arise for that one?" "Yes." "Or rather, for whomever unwholesome phenomena will not arise, will wholesome phenomena not arise for that one?" "Those who will obtain the supreme path (aggamagga) immediately following a [given] mind (citta)—for them, unwholesome phenomena will not arise, but it is not the case that wholesome phenomena will not arise for them. For those endowed with the supreme path and for Arahants—for them, unwholesome phenomena will not arise, and wholesome phenomena will not arise."
